Our Vision
Our vision is to create training courses for our surveyors unlike anything that is on the market today. We want all of our surveyors to expand their knowledge and learn from our experienced and accredited surveyors.
Not only do new recruits have access to these courses, but also to our in-house APC Accessor(s) – some even used to sit on the RICS examination panel.
Graduate Building Surveyor Program
What We Offer:
You’re at the start of your professional career and you’ve got the most important decision to make which will shape your future. On our two-year program, you’ll receive best-in-class training alongside a supportive team of colleagues and seniors.

Who Can Apply:
Undergraduate or master’s students graduating between January 2021 and July 2023.
Summer Internship Program
Application Deadline:
Friday 18th November 2022
Who Can Apply:
Undergraduate or master’s students graduating between August 2024 and August 2025. Students must be in penultimate year of study to be eligible for the summer program.
Placement Program
What We Offer:
Our placement program includes 6- and 12-month placements in our UK offices within the Building Surveying Teams.

Undergraduate or master’s students with less than 18 months of full-time work experience who are required by their degree or university to complete a long-term internship.
